Once payment is submitted we do not issue refunds. Baskets are assembled to order and go into production within minutes, and food cannot be resold. If a gift arrives damaged, wrong or in poor condition, tell us within 24 hours and we will put it right.
Read the refund policyYes. By ordering a basket that contains alcohol you confirm you are at least 19 years old. Age can be checked when the order is placed and again by the courier at delivery, so send it to someone who can show identification.
Read the termsOrders ship the same day when same-day service is chosen at checkout, and otherwise within one to five business days. Once a basket is with the courier, transit takes a further one to seven days depending on the destination. Delivery dates given at checkout are estimates rather than promises.
