Orders are processed within minutes and ship within one to five business days. Once a basket is with the courier, transit adds the time below.

Baskets containing alcohol are delivered only to recipients of legal drinking age, and identification can be requested at the door. Alcohol is sold only as part of a basket, never on its own.
If you are not certain someone will be home to show identification, choose a basket from the non-alcoholic range or send it to a workplace during business hours.
Yes, and a staffed reception is often the most reliable address for a gift. Add the department, floor or ward to the address and we will pass it to the courier.

Same-day delivery detailsShipping is worked out at checkout from the destination and the service you pick, and it is shown in full before you pay. Baskets ship one per package, so an order going to several addresses is quoted by our team.
Read the shipping policySame-day delivery in Toronto and the GTA needs an eligible order placed by 4 PM ET with same-day service chosen at checkout. Weekends and statutory holidays are not business days, so an order placed on Saturday or Sunday starts moving on Monday.
Yes. Pick a future delivery date at checkout and we hold the order until it needs to ship. Dates that are not available for that basket and that address cannot be selected.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as your order leaves us. Signing in to your account shows the same status at any time.
Track an orderSend the gift to an address where someone can take it in if you can. If nobody is there, the courier may leave it in a safe place or try again, following their own rules. Once a courier records a parcel as delivered to the address given, the order counts as complete.
