The product was good. A bit disappointed on the ordering process, items were unavailable after order was processed twice and needed to be substituted, would have been nice to know when order was being placed. Other than this all was good.

Wonderful Gift Basket for 85th Birthday
I didn't realize at first that this was not a local business so had ordered things that were perishable for a gift to my mother for her birthday. I immediately got an email from Gourmet Gifts customer service explaining this and offering substitutions. Everything sent was exactly what my mother would enjoy and she did! The delivery was prompt and on the date that Gourmet Gifts had said it would be. Very thankful for the great items and customer service of this company!

Birthday surprise
Sent this to my sister for her birthday. Presentation was lovely. She was both surprised and very pleased as the basket contained all her favourites. Was promised a surprise gift for being a first time customer. Was not there. A little disappointing.

It was very nice but had less than I expected and did not come in one business day. I ordered it on a Saturday expecting it to get delivered on the Tuesday. But it didn't show up till Wednesday. So it missed my husband's Birthday. But it was still a very nice gift.
Nice basket, but long delivery time.
When I ordered this basket, I tried to find where in the order it indicated when it would be delivered. I couldn't find anyplace to enter when it needed to be delivered by. I mistakenly made the assumption it would be next day, or within a couple days, but it was not delivered till the next week. My bad - I should have ordered from a site I was familiar with and could identify the date it needed to be delivered. The recipients liked the basket.

Great products, great idea but the gift was for a specific day for a specific event on a Friday and it wasn't received until Monday.

Great Basket to impress, loved all the high quality products.
The quality of the items were good, however…
The quality of the items were good. However, I requested sparkling wine, and red was sent. It was opened and saturated the bottom of the basket & wrapping. Also,I received delivery confirmation that the item would be delivered within 4 days, and it was 11. Clear communication creates a more favorable customer experience, and I would have preferred to know immediately the item would take so much longer to deliver.
