I appreciated the convenience of being able to order and have a gourmet gift delivered to my friend. The website was great and the customer responsiveness was speedy. The feedback I would provide is to ensure your company identifies on the exterior of the box the name of the giver. Likewise, perhaps have a little card inside with the message. My friend did not know who had arranged for the gift and when I called him,he then opened the box and still couldn't find the letter with my message. If i had not called him to encourage to open the box, would he haveknown it was from me? That didn't make me feel good about arranging for the delivery.
