Thank you for the outstanding service

Was very dissapointed. Delivery date was suppose to be 23rd Dec. Finally after 7 days of emails, phone calls and live chat a second basket was to be delived. According to your site it was in Halifax. Checking the tracking # it was shipped from Toronto. 😳. Basket was finally delivered. Worse customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Order was delivered 7 days late. What’s the point of asking when you would like delivery when you can’t meet the obligation. I ordered this basket for a Christmas present and delivery for Dec 23 and it arrived on the 30th with no communication from company. If I had known they were having problems with delivery, I would have set delivery for a week earlier.

I have spoken with my client and they wrote to me saying that they truly enjoyed the Gourmet Gift Basket I sent them. They were very appreciative.

My order was too large for the basket so they swapped a more expensive tray at no charge. The recipient was pleased.

My friends enjoyed the huge number of fresh fruits.

Took way too long to arrive

Even though the basket arrived late my daughter loves it ! I know packages were delayed due to the postal strike but I did order it 15 days prior to Dec 23 and was guaranteed it would arrive with no problem. In the end I appreciate all you did to get it delivered! xo
