How are these reviews collected?

Judge.me emails every customer after their gift has been delivered and invites a review. We do not write reviews, edit them, or remove the ones we would rather not read.

Judge.me marks a review as a verified purchase when it can match it to an order in our store. Older reviews imported from earlier systems carry the rating and the wording but not that badge, which is why the verified count is lower than the total.

Do you publish negative reviews?

Yes. Every review is published as written. Most of the criticism we receive is about courier delays and about substituted items, and both are worth reading before you order.

If a gift did not go the way it should have, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right. That is a faster route to a fix than a review.

Who are The Gourmet Gifts?

A woman-owned gift basket company and a certified Women's Business Enterprise. We curate and hand-pack every basket ourselves rather than drop-shipping them, which is why we can change what goes inside one.

Can you send a gift basket with alcohol?

Yes. Alcohol is only sold as part of a gift basket and never on its own, so wine, beer, champagne and spirits appear inside curated baskets rather than as standalone bottles.

Do you handle corporate gifting?

Yes, end to end. Tell us who you are gifting, how many and when it has to land, and we come back with a curated proposal, volume pricing and a delivery plan for one address or a full recipient list.

Where do you deliver gift baskets?

We deliver gift baskets across the United States. Orders ship from our own facilities, so there are no import duties, and you can check your own city on the delivery page.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. There is a field at checkout for the message that goes on the card with the gift, and on bulk orders you can write a different message for every recipient.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us straight away by phone or email. Orders are marked as processed within about ten minutes of payment and sent to production, so a change cannot be promised. During holiday periods we need at least seven days notice to change an order.
