    Our team packs it by hand, with care, then wraps it in cellophane and finishes it with a ribbon. The finished gift goes into our own shipping box, one per box, so it arrives ready to hand over.

    Can it arrive tomorrow?

    Yes. Order by 4 PM and choose overnight delivery at checkout for next-day delivery across the USA. Baskets ship from our own facilities, so there are no import duties. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and delivery dates are estimates.

    Will the recipient see what I paid?

    No. Prices and receipts are never included on or with the gift. The invoice goes only to the email address used to place the order.

    Can I include a personal message?

    Yes. Write your card message on the product page before you add the basket to your cart. On bulk orders you can write a different message for every recipient.

    Can I choose the day the gift arrives?

    Yes. Pick a delivery date on the product page before you add the basket to your cart, and we hold the order until it needs to ship. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, so choose the shipping method at checkout that reaches the address by your date. If the basket has perishable items, choose overnight delivery. Dates that are not available for that basket cannot be selected.
