Yes. Changing a ready-to-ship basket costs $15 per basket, and adding an item you send us is the same. That is the route for a single important gift rather than a programme.
Customisation is not available in November and December unless the order is more than 25 units, because the workshop is at capacity for the holiday season.
Yes, and that is usually cheaper and calmer than starting again. Once a build is designed we keep the specification and your recipient list, so the next round is a conversation rather than a project.

Request a corporate quoteTen or more baskets, especially when they are going to different addresses. At that size we move you off the standard checkout and onto the bulk process, where one form covers every recipient and the whole order is invoiced together.
How bulk orders workYes. Branded notes and custom messaging are part of every corporate programme, and larger programmes can go further into the packaging and the contents.
Corporate gifting programmesYes. Send the list with addresses and card messages on our order form and we deliver to each one, with a different message per recipient where you want it. We can keep the list on file so next year starts from what you sent last year.
How bulk orders workCheckout works out shipping for one basket by default, so orders going to more than one address are handled by our team. Send us the list and we confirm the delivery details and any extra shipping before anything is charged.
Bulk and multi-address ordersAs early as you can for the holidays, because choice of baskets and delivery dates narrows as the season fills. Outside peak periods a few weeks is usually comfortable for a bulk order, and we will tell you honestly if a date is tight.
