No third-party courier. No UPS handoff. Our own local delivery van handles every same-day order across Toronto and the GTA, which means we're not at the mercy of a courier company's schedule or capacity limits.
When your basket goes out, you get real-time delivery notifications from our team. Not a tracking number to plug into a website. Actual updates from the people handling your order.
The cutoff is 4 PM. Order before that and your basket ships today. We cover Toronto and all 25 GTA municipalities, including Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and North York.
Every basket is assembled the day it ships. We don't pre-pack and warehouse. That matters more than it sounds.
Our wine and cheese gift baskets are the most-requested same-day order we get, and it makes sense. If the wine in the basket isn't quite right for the occasion, you can upgrade to a higher-end bottle by paying the price difference. That's the extent of what we do on the alcohol front, wine, champagne, and beer are upgrade-only.

You can upgrade individual items to a higher-priced alternative by paying the price difference. You can add extras to any basket. What you can't do is remove items or request a completely different product at the same price point. That's true for all our baskets, same-day or otherwise.

Every order includes a free printed card message. You type your message at checkout, we print it and include it with the basket. It looks polished and intentional, not like an afterthought.
We don't do handwritten cards. What we do is clean, professional, and actually legible.
The 4 PM cutoff is firm. We can't extend it because our team needs time to assemble and dispatch. If you're cutting it close, order now and confirm the delivery address is accurate. A wrong unit number or buzzer code is the most common reason a same-day delivery gets delayed.
Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your destination within the GTA. Shipping is never included in the basket price.
And if you're not in Toronto or the GTA? We ship across Canada via UPS, with next-business-day delivery available at checkout for most provinces. But that's a different operation entirely, different carrier, different timelines, different tracking.
